Wisconsin State Agencies: Please submit your proposed Statement of Scope, Economic Impact Analysis or final draft rule to SBOAdminRules@APWMADOP1025.forward.us.
You will receive an approval or disapproval of a Statement of Scope or a final draft rule via email.  If your request for approval is time sensitive, please provide details to us via administrativerules@wisconsin.gov and we will try to accommodate those requests.  Once a Statement of Scope, Economic Impact Analysis or final draft rule has been submitted, please also direct any questions or follow-up information to administrativerules@wisconsin.gov.
